Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
- strong communication skills
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- reliability and punctuality
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Clean resident apartments, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas on a scheduled basis
- maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout the community
- ensure all areas remain neat, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests
- follow housekeeping schedules, infection control, and cleaning procedures
- communicate effectively with housekeeping and community team members
- support resident comfort and satisfaction through respectful and friendly interactions
- assist with special cleaning projects as needed
- maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies appropriately
- help create a warm and home-like environment for residents
