Job Description

CWS (Crescent Workforce Services) is a well-established property management company known for its dedication to maintaining beautiful and thriving residential apartment communities. As a key player in the multifamily housing industry, CWS is committed to creating welcoming, safe, and aesthetically appealing living environments for residents. Their approach emphasizes not only the physical upkeep of properties but also fostering a supportive and family-like atmosphere for employees. This combination of professionalism and community spirit makes CWS an attractive employer for those seeking growth in property management and housing services.

The role of a Housekeeper at CWS is vital to this mission. This position goes beyond routine cleaning duties; it embodies the responsibility to enhance the resident experience by meticulously maintaining the cleanliness and beauty of the community spaces. Housekeepers play a crucial role in making apartments and common areas ready and appealing for new and existing residents, ensuring that each resident's home feels inviting and cared for.

Housekeepers at CWS are expected to maintain a high level of attention to detail, focusing on every area of the community, including vacant apartments, amenities, model apartments, guest suites, exterior areas, and offices. This thoroughness ensures that all parts of the community meet CWS’s high standards for cleanliness and presentation. Additionally, housekeepers are involved in minor service requests and preventive maintenance programs, enhancing the overall functionality and safety of the property.

Interaction with residents, vendors, leadership, and other team members is a significant aspect of the role, fostering positive resident relations and team cohesion. This role requires a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. The housekeeper also participates in risk management programs to maintain a safe environment for all community members.

CWS values its employees highly, treating them like family and offering a comprehensive benefits package that supports health, financial well-being, career growth, and work-life balance. Benefits include substantial rental discounts, various medical plan options, life and disability insurance, paid parental leave, and retirement plans with company matching. Additional perks such as pet insurance, tuition reimbursement, flexible spending accounts, and wellness programs further demonstrate CWS’s commitment to employee welfare.

Working at CWS as a Housekeeper means being part of a company that not only prioritizes property maintenance but also invests in its team members. The work environment varies across residential communities and involves exposure to different physical conditions and maintenance activities. This makes physical stamina and a readiness to engage actively in diverse environments essential. Overall, the position offers a rewarding opportunity for motivated individuals who take pride in their work and desire to contribute to comfortable, well-maintained living spaces for residents.
