Job Description

Sares Regis Group (SRG) of Newport Beach, California, is a distinguished privately held real estate development, investment, and management firm specializing in commercial properties and multifamily communities across the western United States. Since its establishment in 1993, SRG has successfully developed and acquired more than $7 billion in commercial and residential assets, underscoring its profound expertise and enduring presence in the real estate industry. The company currently manages an expansive portfolio comprising approximately 25 million square feet of office and industrial space along with 42,000 apartment units, reflecting its capacity to handle large-scale property management endeavors and its commitment to delivering exceptional living and working environments.

SRG is dedicated to fostering community growth by providing well-maintained properties and delivering superior value to residents and business tenants alike. The firm’s approach blends strategic investment, operational excellence, and a commitment to sustainability, setting it apart in a competitive industry. With a strong foothold in the western U.S., SRG continues to expand and innovate, maintaining high standards for property development and tenant satisfaction.

Opportunity has now arisen for individuals seeking to make a meaningful impact within the property management sector through the role of Housekeeper at The Offset, a beautiful 621-unit community managed by SRG in Sacramento, California. This full-time position, scheduled Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, represents an ideal career path for those aspiring to grow professionally within a well-respected property management company.

The Housekeeper will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal of the community. Primary responsibilities include performing general housekeeping and grounds cleanup duties, including clearing sidewalks of trash, debris, snow, and ice, which are essential to ensuring a pleasant living environment for residents. The role demands a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and reporting safety risks or necessary repairs to management. This position emphasizes not only cleanliness but also contributing to the overall safety and satisfaction of the community through vigilant care and consistent upkeep.

SRG offers a competitive salary range of $18.00 to $19.50 per hour alongside a comprehensive compensation package. Employees benefit from 401(k) matching, rental incentives, renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts tailored to location. Regular full-time employees working 30 to 40 hours per week qualify for medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits, plus vacation accrual and sick time in compliance with labor laws. This package reinforces SRG’s commitment to valuing its workforce and assisting them in achieving financial security and work-life balance through meaningful benefits.

Working at SRG means joining a company that values equal opportunity and fosters an inclusive work environment. All employment offers are contingent upon successful background screening and drug testing, ensuring a safe and secure community for all staff and residents. The position of Housekeeper offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who bring a strong work ethic, customer service excellence, and a readiness to embrace challenges within property management. Candidates recruited into this role have the chance to contribute to a respected firm while building a stable, rewarding career in the growing real estate sector. This job is ideal for those who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in their contribution to community maintenance, and aspire to advance in the property management field.
