As a Housekeeper, you will play an essential role in supporting general resort operations by ensuring that all resort units are clean, comfortable, and meet the company’s high-quality standards. Your responsibilities will include cleaning various areas such as sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, as well as adhering to detailed housekeeping standards.

The Housekeeper role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to maintaining a welcoming and sanitary environment for guests. Duties extend to vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing baths and kitchens, making beds, and replenishing supplies like kitchenware and toiletries. Additionally, the position involves managing linens – including sorting, counting, folding, marking, and carrying them – to maintain an efficient and seamless operation. Beyond cleaning tasks, you will also engage with guests by responding to inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring total guest satisfaction and promptly resolving any issues that arise.
