Job Requirements
- Must be age 18 or older

Job Duties
- Clean resident apartments, restrooms, and community common areas following established schedule
- dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect surfaces and floors
- empty trash containers on a regularly scheduled basis and as needed
- clean interior windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- maintain equipment and storage areas in a clean and organized manner
- follow chemical safety protocol and infection control procedures
- ensure a safe living environment for residents while respecting their privacy, dignity, and personal belongings
- report concerns or observations about resident unusual behavior to supervisor
- report needed supplies and/or equipment repairs to supervisor
- assist with apartment-flips or specialized cleaning tasks as assigned
- respond to requests from residents and staff promptly and efficiently
- report any on-the-job injuries to supervisor before the end of shift
- maintain confidentiality of resident and community information
- perform other duties as assigned
