As a Housekeeper at Extended Stay America Premier Suites, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas. Responsibilities include performing routine guest room preparations and cleanings, meeting labor standards for time spent per room, assisting with laundry duties, and reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
Guest relations are a vital part of the role, where you will provide information about hotel amenities, products, and services to enhance guest experience and contribute to increased revenues. You will also be expected to follow property emergency procedures diligently and help ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
Physical demands of the job include tasks that involve kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for extended periods. Additionally, the role requires the ability to lift, push, or pull weights regularly up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Prior housekeeping experience in hospitality, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are preferred qualifications.

Job Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping experience preferably in hospitality

Job Duties
- Perform routine guest room preps and cleanings while meeting minute per room labor standards and maintaining public areas
- Offer hotel amenities, products, and services to accommodate guest needs and increase revenues
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
- Communicate any maintenance work orders to maintenance and/or management
- Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met
- Other duties as assigned
