In addition to maintaining cleanliness standards, the Housekeeper must be knowledgeable about Fair Housing Laws and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements to ensure compliance with relevant guidelines. The position requires basic computer skills to manage on-site software functions effectively. Physical demands of the role include lifting, climbing, working in various environmental conditions, and occasionally operating machinery and vehicles. Asset Living supports its employees with a competitive wage range of $18 to $21 per hour, benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401K plan with employer matching, performance bonuses, paid sick days, and company holidays.
