The Turndown Attendant position is a part-time, non-management role pivotal in upholding the immaculate presentation and cleanliness that The Ritz-Carlton is renowned for. The primary responsibility involves ensuring guest rooms are impeccably prepared, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests as they return to their rooms. Beyond making beds and cleaning, this role contributes significantly to the overall guest experience by maintaining the hotel's public areas and responding promptly to guest requests.

The Turndown Attendant must be physically active, often standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods. The role also requires assisting with moving, lifting, and placing objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work part-time shifts
- Ability to follow safety and company procedures

- Ability to maintain confidentiality
