Our commitment extends beyond just cleanliness; we aim to create a nurturing atmosphere that enhances the quality of life for elderly and disabled individuals within our care. We foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and dedication among our staff, which is essential for delivering high standards of service in a fast-paced setting.
We are currently seeking a diligent and trustworthy Housekeeper to join our team. This full-time position is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facility's diverse areas, including resident rooms, common spaces, hallways, and bathrooms. The role requires a proactive approach to housekeeping, including scrubbing, mopping, polishing, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold a safe and pristine environment. Additionally, the Housekeeper will be responsible for monitoring and replenishing supplies such as paper products and soaps, ensuring that all necessities are readily available.
In this role, you will not only contribute to the physical upkeep of the facility but also play a crucial part in fostering a warm and welcoming environment by engaging respectfully and courteously with residents, visitors, and colleagues. The ability to balance multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment while demonstrating genuine care for the well-being of elderly and disabled individuals is essential. Physical stamina and capability to meet the demands of standing, walking, and lifting throughout the workday are also important aspects of this position.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, alongside additional protections such as accident and disability coverage, cancer and critical illness plans, and life insurance policies. Our commitment to employee growth is reflected through tuition reimbursement opportunities for continued education. We also recognize the importance of work-life balance by providing paid time off and retirement planning options with immediate 401(k) eligibility. Our employees benefit from exceptional corporate resources designed to support their success and well-being.
As an equal opportunity employer, we are committed to fostering diversity and inclusion by prohibiting discrimination and harassment on any legally protected basis. We value each team member's contributions and strive to provide a supportive workplace that respects individual differences and promotes professional development. Joining our team as a Housekeeper means becoming part of a dedicated group working together to make a meaningful impact in our community.
