This diversity fosters innovation and drives results for clients and communities nationwide. The company culture at Asset Living is centered around the philosophy 'Together We Lead, Together We Succeed,' which emphasizes leadership by example, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The housekeeper is responsible for cleaning the community's public facilities, common areas, grounds, and preparing make-ready units under the supervision of the Community Manager. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that vacant units are thoroughly cleaned and ready for new residents, in alignment with the property’s operational standards. The housekeeper also handles daily cleaning tasks in community offices and amenities, takes care of trash removal, and responds promptly to requests from residents or management concerning the upkeep of buildings and units. Regular and reliable onsite attendance is required to effectively maintain the property’s standards and support a positive living experience for residents.\n\nThis full-time position offers compensation at a rate of $19 per hour. The comprehensive total rewards package includes medical, dental, vision, life, accidental, and disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching, performance and commission bonuses where applicable, paid sick days, and company holidays. The role is physically demanding and involves climbing ladders, moving in confined spaces, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working in various environmental conditions including outdoor settings and extreme temperatures. Asset Living prioritizes safety and compliance, making this a safety-sensitive position that may require adherence to additional regulatory standards. The housekeeper contributes not only to the physical upkeep but also to the community’s positive image and resident satisfaction, supporting Asset Living’s mission to lead the way in real estate management and to achieve excellence as a team.
