Job Description

Our organization is a reputable and compassionate care facility committed to providing a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for elderly and disabled residents. As a dedicated care provider, we understand the critical role that cleanliness and hygiene play in ensuring comfort, health, and well-being for those we serve. We prioritize creating a welcoming atmosphere not only for our residents but also for staff and visitors, underscoring the importance of teamwork, reliability, and respect in our daily operations. This commitment to excellence and care defines our mission and helps us maintain a high standard of living for all individuals within our facility.

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Housekeeper to join our team. This full-time position plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of resident rooms, hallways, common areas, and facility facilities. The Housekeeper will be responsible for scrubbing, mopping, polishing, dusting, and disinfecting a variety of spaces to promote a hygienic environment. Additionally, the role requires consistent restocking of necessary supplies such as paper products and soaps to ensure the availability of essentials for residents and staff. An essential aspect of the role includes engaging respectfully and warmly with residents, visitors, and staff, helping to foster a positive and welcoming community atmosphere.

This position demands physical stamina and the capability to meet the physical requirements such as standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods. Organizational skills, dependability, and an ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment are critical to success in this role. We value candidates who demonstrate genuine care and empathy toward elderly and disabled individuals, aligning with our core values of respect and kindness.

In return, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that supports the well-being and professional growth of our employees. Full-time employees enjoy health, dental, and vision insurance alongside additional protections including AD&D, short-term disability, critical illness, cancer, and hospital confinement coverage. We provide life insurance with whole and term policies, tuition reimbursement to support continued education, and paid time off to encourage a healthy work-life balance. Furthermore, immediate eligibility for 401(k) retirement plans and exceptional corporate resources underline our commitment to employee support and long-term career development.

Our facility stands as an equal opportunity employer, embracing diversity and inclusion without discrimination or harassment based on race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by law. We believe that a diverse workforce enriches our community and helps us deliver the best care possible to our residents. Join us and be a part of a team that values dedication, compassion, and respect in creating a clean and inviting environment for all.
