Job Requirements

  • Position may require background and drug screening
  • Must follow company policies and safety procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance

Job Duties

  • Clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
  • Complete assigned tasks such as rooms board within the scheduled shift
  • Replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
  • Report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor, or Front Desk
  • Fill the housekeeping cart with all necessary supplies, transport the cart to the rooms, and return the cart to the designated area at the end of the shift
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, or accidents
  • Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
  • Contribute to team goals
  • Always follow company policies and safety procedures
