Currently, Aqua Aston Hospitality is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Housekeepers. This full-time position offers an hourly wage of $23.69 and includes varying shift schedules with a requirement to work weekends and holidays. As a Housekeeper at AAH, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall quality of the villas where guests stay. Your responsibilities will include cleaning all areas of the villas such as kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms to meet the highest standards. You will also be tasked with replenishing guest amenities like linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items, ensuring everything is in perfect order for each guest's stay. With a focus on upholding company policies and safety procedures, the role emphasizes teamwork and professionalism in interactions with both guests and colleagues.

The Housekeeper position not only involves routine cleaning duties but also contributes fundamentally to the guest experience by ensuring that every villa is inviting and well-maintained. You will handle the housekeeping cart, manage supplies, and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or accidents immediately. Job Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to reach overhead and below knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Position may require background and drug screening
  • Commitment to following company policies and safety procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable and professional work ethic

Job Duties

  • Clean kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms of villas according to standards
  • Complete assigned tasks within scheduled shift
  • Replace guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
  • Report room status to Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager, or Front Desk
  • Fill housekeeping cart with supplies, transport it to rooms, and return it at shift end
  • Follow company policies and procedures, report maintenance problems, safety hazards, and accidents
  • Welcome and greet guests, anticipate and address their needs
