This role is for a Guest Environment Expert within the Housekeeping & Laundry category, located in Georgetown, Texas. This is a full-time, non-management position pivotal in maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the hotel. This position is not remote and requires a hands-on, physically active approach to work. The Guest Environment Expert directly contributes to the quality of the guest experience by ensuring that hotel spaces from guest rooms to public areas are impeccably maintained. The role goes beyond routine cleaning; it is about crafting an atmosphere that guests find comfortable and welcoming, ultimately enriching their stay with lasting positive memories.

The Guest Environment Expert must be proficient in a variety of housekeeping tasks including room cleaning, restocking carts, responding promptly to guest requests, and attending to common areas throughout the hotel. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
  • ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
  • capacity to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • effective communication skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • compliance with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • clean guest rooms thoroughly ensuring all amenities are replenished and surfaces are sanitized
  • maintain cleanliness in public spaces including lobbies and corridors
  • respond promptly and courteously to guest requests related to housekeeping
  • stock and organize housekeeping carts efficiently
  • adhere strictly to safety standards and company policies
  • assist with laundry duties as required
  • report maintenance issues or hazardous conditions to management
