This role requires routine cleaning activities within resident apartments, restrooms, and communal areas to ensure that every corner of the community upholds the highest standard of hygiene and comfort. This role includes responsibilities such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, trash disposal, glass and mirror cleaning, and maintaining cleaning equipment.

The role calls for adherence to chemical safety protocols and infection control measures, which are paramount in a senior living setting. Additionally, the employee must be aware of and respectful toward the privacy, dignity, and personal belongings of residents at all times, ensuring a safe and respectful living environment. The job also involves reporting any unusual behavior observed among residents, coordinating with supervisors regarding supplies or equipment repairs, and assisting with specialized cleaning tasks such as apartment turnovers. Prompt responsiveness to requests from residents and staff is crucial, as is the proper reporting of any work-related injuries to ensure workplace safety.
