We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dedicated housekeeping staff. This full-time position involves reporting to the Housekeeping Office at the start of each shift and carrying out cleaning and maintenance duties in designated rooms and suites. The Housekeeper will contribute to the smooth operation of the hotel by ensuring all assigned areas are cleaned thoroughly and ready for guests. They will also play a crucial role in reporting any maintenance issues or missing items promptly to supervisors to facilitate timely resolution. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining safety and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be adaptable to the dynamic work environment prevalent in hospitality services, and maintain a high standard of professionalism while interacting courteously with guests and co-workers alike. This position is essential for sustaining the high standards of cleanliness and service that guests expect and appreciate, ultimately enhancing their overall experience at our hotel.

Job Duties

  • Report to housekeeping office at the beginning of shift
  • Clean and maintain all assigned rooms and suites
  • Report all items in need of repair to supervisor
  • Report missing items from rooms
  • Protect guest safety and well being
  • Be courteous to all guests and co-workers
