Job Requirements
- requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- no previous cleaning experience required
- ability to walk and stand throughout entire shift
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend
- ability to lift 25-35 pounds intermittently
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work weekends (saturdays and sundays) as needed

Job Duties
- perform a variety of hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to established standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- help with laundry and cleaning public spaces when needed
- deliver friendly and courteous service with a positive attitude
- respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
- contribute to maintaining a positive work environment
