Daily duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash receptacles, restocking supplies, and operating cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and floor scrubbers. Safety is a priority, requiring the proper use, storage, and disposal of cleaning chemicals and supplies. Housekeepers also assist with deep cleaning projects and special assignments as necessary to uphold cleanliness standards.
