The company manages a diverse portfolio that includes multifamily housing, single-family home rentals, affordable housing, build-to-rent properties, active adult communities, and student housing divisions across the United States. Asset Living prides itself on its dynamic workforce, which is composed of talented individuals from diverse backgrounds whose unique perspectives fuel innovation and contribute to stellar results for clients and communities alike. The company culture is rooted in the belief that 'Together We Lead, Together We Succeed,' promoting leadership by example, collaboration, and continuous personal and organizational growth. Employees at Asset Living are encouraged to voice their ideas and contribute to the collective goals, fostering an environment where everyone has the opportunity to develop as the company expands.

Joining Asset Living means becoming part of a vibrant, forward-thinking team dedicated to excellence in property management and community development.

The Housekeeper role at Asset Living is a vital position responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of apartment community public facilities, common areas, and grounds daily. This role involves performing the cleaning make-ready process for vacant units in preparation for move-in, ensuring properties are presented in optimal condition to meet the operational goals of the community. Reporting to the Community Manager, the Housekeeper plays an essential role in managing the appearance and resident satisfaction by addressing cleanliness issues promptly and professionally.

This position requires regular daily attendance onsite and includes responsibilities such as trash removal, cleaning the grounds and residential areas, upkeep of offices and amenities, and responding to resident and management requests related to inspections and cleaning in common areas and units. The Housekeeper must be knowledgeable of Asset Living policies, community rules, and regulations, and is responsible for reporting any violations to the Community Manager. Efficient use of property resources, equipment, and supplies is expected to help manage operational costs effectively.

Beyond the physical upkeep duties, the Housekeeper represents the property to residents and visitors, projecting a positive image and ensuring courteous and consistent customer service. The role requires the ability to handle service requests swiftly and act as an ambassador for the property’s standards and policies. Exceptional communication skills, a teamwork-oriented mindset, and a commitment to upholding community standards are essential.

Asset Living offers a competitive pay range for this full-time role, between $16 and $17 per hour. Employees benefit from a comprehensive total rewards package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, accidental, and disability insurance, a 401K plan with employer matching, and performance bonuses where applicable. Paid sick days and company holidays are also part of the benefits package. This safety-sensitive position may entail occasional compliance and operational duties beyond standard housekeeping responsibilities.
