The Housekeeper role within this large senior living community is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards that ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for residents. As a Housekeeper at Stellar Senior Living, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on providing the lifestyle seniors deserve by ensuring their living spaces and common areas are clean, well-organized, and welcoming.

Responsibilities in this role include sanitizing, dusting, mopping, and scrubbing resident apartments and common areas daily, adhering to specific facility procedures. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a stocked cleaning cart, dispose of trash safely, and promptly resolve resident complaints or queries in a polite and professional manner. Respecting residents’ privacy, preferences, and individuality is paramount, including adhering to protocols such as knocking before entering resident rooms and accommodating their cleaning preferences within reasonable limits.
