Crothall Healthcare is currently hiring part-time Housekeepers to join its team at the Medical Center Hospital located at 500 West 4th Street, Odessa, TX 79761. This position offers a fixed pay rate of $16.75 per hour with a flexible, part-time schedule, where hours and days may vary based on the needs of the hospital. No prior experience is required for this role, as comprehensive training will be provided to all new hires.

The Housekeeper role is vital to maintaining the cleanliness and overall environment of the hospital. Responsibilities include performing light cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and sanitizing various surfaces, ensuring patient rooms, hallways, and common areas are clean and orderly. The position demands a high attention to detail, customer service orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Employees in this role will help create a welcoming, comfortable, and healthy atmosphere for patients, visitors, and hospital staff by responding promptly to housekeeping requests and addressing any issues such as spills or broken glass.
