The role of Housekeeper at Broadmead is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, offering an hourly wage range of $19.24 to $19.80. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the living environment for senior residents as well as skilled care units. Your duties will include cleaning resident apartments and communal areas, following strict cleaning protocols aligned with health regulations, and respecting the privacy and routines of residents. Moreover, you will be responsible for maintaining housekeeping equipment, assisting during fire drills and emergency situations, and undergoing mandatory training to ensure compliance and safety.

- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals
- Ability to lift 20 lbs, move light furniture, use ladders
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shift

Job Duties
- Clean resident apartments, common areas, and skilled care units
- Follow standardized cleaning procedures and schedules
- Respect resident routines, privacy, and confidentiality
- Discharge rooms and clean isolation rooms per Health Department guidelines
- Maintain housekeeping equipment and report issues
- Assist during fire drills and emergencies as needed
- Complete required training and weekend coverage as scheduled
