Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- Flexible availability to work full-time or part-time
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to communicate effectively

Job Duties
- Cleans resident apartment homes including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing, disinfecting, washing windows
- Empties trash, waste and other disposable materials and transports to disposal area
- Assists care staff with cleaning lobby, restrooms, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and common spaces
- Reports needed repairs to Executive Director and maintenance specialist
- Maintains safety and sanitation standards
- Supports a positive living environment for residents
- Adheres to company cleaning protocols
