We are currently hiring temporary Housekeeper positions located at Thedacare Orthopedic and Spine, 2400 East Capitol Drive, Appleton, WI 54911. This role is ideal for individuals who have prior janitorial experience but are also open to training, as Crothall is willing to train suitable candidates. The position offers a temporary schedule with work hours from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with some weekend shifts required. These roles pay between $16.50 and $18.00 per hour. Applications are accepted online only and on an ongoing basis until all openings are filled.

As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, sanitary, and orderly environment in healthcare settings which directly impacts patient care and overall facility hygiene. Responsibilities include sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and handling trash disposal in compliance with health and safety standards. The role also involves replenishing linens, making beds, cleaning bathroom fixtures, and responding promptly to housekeeping requests and inquiries from guests or staff. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality customer service will help create a welcoming and safe environment for patients and staff. This position requires professionalism and a team-oriented mindset, along with the ability to perform assigned duties efficiently and responsibly. Job Duties

  • provides quality customer service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail

  • wipes down glass surfaces
