Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping hotel janitorial or similar cleaning experience preferred training provided
- ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures checklists and safety instructions consistently
- ability to work independently manage time and complete assigned rooms within required timeframes
- attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality standards
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbal and written english preferred
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when working in occupied guest rooms
- ability to work in a 7-day per week 24-hour per day business environment including weekends and holidays as scheduled

Job Duties
- clean guest rooms and bathrooms according to established standards including making beds dusting vacuuming mopping and sanitizing surfaces
- refresh and restock guest room amenities and supplies including towels toiletries tissue coffee and other items as applicable
- change linens replace towels properly collect and remove soiled linen and trash from guest rooms
- inspect assigned rooms for cleanliness maintenance concerns and missing or damaged items report issues promptly to the appropriate department
- ensure rooms are set up consistently and meet quality expectations before marking rooms as clean or ready
- use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and as directed following all label instructions and ppe requirements
- maintain assigned housekeeping cart supply levels and storage areas in a clean organized manner
