Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous housekeeping hotel janitorial or similar cleaning experience preferred training provided
ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures checklists and safety instructions consistently
ability to work independently manage time and complete assigned rooms within required timeframes
attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality standards
ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbal and written english preferred
ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when working in occupied guest rooms
ability to work in a 7-day per week 24-hour per day business environment including weekends and holidays as scheduled

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

clean guest rooms and bathrooms according to established standards including making beds dusting vacuuming mopping and sanitizing surfaces
refresh and restock guest room amenities and supplies including towels toiletries tissue coffee and other items as applicable
change linens replace towels properly collect and remove soiled linen and trash from guest rooms
inspect assigned rooms for cleanliness maintenance concerns and missing or damaged items report issues promptly to the appropriate department
ensure rooms are set up consistently and meet quality expectations before marking rooms as clean or ready
use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and as directed following all label instructions and ppe requirements
maintain assigned housekeeping cart supply levels and storage areas in a clean organized manner
