As a Housekeeper at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, you will play an essential role in ensuring that villas are cleaned according to high standards across kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms. You will be responsible for replacing guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items systematically and reporting room status to supervisors to maintain smooth operations. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency in completing assigned rooms and tasks within scheduled shifts, and the ability to manage housekeeping carts stocked with supplies and chemicals. Additionally, you will be expected to follow all company policies and safety procedures while promptly reporting any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or accidents. This position requires flexibility in work schedule, as shifts may include holidays and weekends.
