Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in housekeeping or related field
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and perform physical cleaning tasks
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- Effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in resident homes and common areas
- Clean dining rooms and other community locations according to department procedures
- Adhere to approved cleaning protocols and safety standards
- Interact courteously with residents while performing duties
- Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
- Report maintenance or safety issues to management
- Support a safe and welcoming environment for residents
