Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Willingness to complete company training program
- Flexible schedule and ability to work full-time hours
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas
- Follow safe cleaning procedures and use cleaning equipment properly
- Report any maintenance or safety issues observed during cleaning
- Work collaboratively with team members to support residents' needs
- Demonstrate kindness and respect in all interactions with residents
- Attend training sessions and apply learned skills on the job
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and core values
