Drury Hotels is currently seeking motivated full-time and part-time housekeepers to join its team. This role is vital in creating memorable experiences for guests by maintaining a clean, welcoming, and positive hotel environment. Job Requirements
- no previous cleaning experience required
- knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- ability to work without direct supervision
- positive and proactive attitude
- dedication to providing excellent customer service
- physical capability to walk, stand, push, vacuum, reach, stretch, bend, and lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during the workday
- availability to work Saturdays and Sundays
Job Qualifications
- knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions
- positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- dedication to excellent customer service
- ability to handle physical work such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 35 pounds
- completion of at least 2 years of high school education

Job Duties
- perform hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to standards
- inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- help with laundry and public area cleaning as needed
- deliver friendly and courteous service responding promptly to guest requests and complaints
- contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for team members and guests
- work flexible hours including weekends
