Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • one year of prior cleaning experience preferred but not required
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally
  • ability to stand and move quickly for long periods of time
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • completion of training with certification sign-off

  • prior cleaning experience (one year preferred but not required)

Job Duties

  • Provide the highest quality of service to guests by anticipating and exceeding their expectations
  • ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and sparkling
  • strip dirty linen and trash, clean bathrooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, and restock rooms
  • clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart
  • self-inspect rooms and submit room status reports to supervisor upon completion
  • practice safety standards at all times and help maintain a safe property for guests and associates
  • perform other duties as assigned
