Housekeeper

The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and order within the resort’s homes and common areas. The individual is responsible for cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and tidying up public spaces including the lobby. Ensuring quality cleaning meets established standards and is completed within specified timelines is a key aspect of the job. Additionally, the position involves greeting guests warmly, soliciting feedback to improve service quality, adhering to all safety guidelines, and participating in departmental meetings and ongoing training. Punctuality, consistent positive attitude, proper uniform, and safety compliance are critical for success in this role. The ideal candidate will be organized, attentive to detail, capable of lifting and handling cleaning supplies, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
