Job Requirements
- Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday
- Valid driver’s license and access to a working vehicle
- Ability to perform physical cleaning duties
- Willingness to work in a high-energy and active role
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Positive attitude and desire to learn
- Ability to maintain punctuality and reliability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in house cleaning or related field preferred but not required
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting, bending, and kneeling
- Willingness to learn and complete professional training programs
Job Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Ensure clients' homes are cleaned to a high standard of quality and satisfaction
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning jobs within scheduled hours
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and correctly
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand and meet their cleaning preferences
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines consistently
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance cleaning skills
