The Housekeeping Associate role is a vital position within the Environmental Services Department. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and offers a competitive pay rate of $21 per hour along with a $1000 retention bonus, reflecting the company’s dedication to attracting and retaining talented professionals. - previous housekeeping experience
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- basic understanding of English
- reliable and punctual
- ability to stand and walk long distances up to 8 hours per day
- capability to perform repetitive bending reaching and stretching
- willingness to work full-time schedule Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

Job Duties
- perform general housekeeping duties in apartments such as vacuuming cleaning bathrooms and kitchens and dusting of all cleared flat surfaces
- perform general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor
- accomplish all work in the order of priority set by supervisor
- maintain all equipment and supplies in proper condition
- attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned
- perform specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
