Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping experience
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- basic understanding of English
- reliable and punctual
- ability to stand and walk long distances up to 8 hours per day
- capability to perform repetitive bending reaching and stretching
- willingness to work full-time schedule Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
Job Qualifications
- previous housekeeping experience
- basic understanding of English
- ability to perform moderate to heavy physical effort including standing walking stooping kneeling bending reaching and stretching
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds independently
- ability to push and/or pull wheeled carts and equipment weighing up to 100 pounds
- ability to operate a vacuum and work in confined spaces
- commitment to maintaining resident confidentiality
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- perform general housekeeping duties in apartments such as vacuuming cleaning bathrooms and kitchens and dusting of all cleared flat surfaces
- perform general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor
- accomplish all work in the order of priority set by supervisor
- maintain all equipment and supplies in proper condition
- attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned
- perform specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
- always maintain resident confidentiality
