We are currently seeking dependable and energetic Housekeeping Attendants to join our dedicated Housekeeping Team. This role is critical in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hospitality that our guests expect from a Best Western Plus property. Being part of this team means ensuring that every guest room, public area, and back-of-house space is spotless and inviting, contributing significantly to the guest experience. The Housekeeping Attendant’s responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public spaces with an eye for detail, changing linens, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and other general cleaning tasks. They also ensure carts and storage areas are organized and fully stocked. Attendants interact with guests regularly and must provide courteous, positive service that enhances the home-away-from-home atmosphere. This role requires flexibility, with shifts starting at 9 a.m. on weekdays and 9:30 a.m. on weekends; both weekday and weekend work are mandatory. Full-time schedules typically range from 30 to 40 hours per week, with part-time options also available. Starting pay is $11.70 per hour, with opportunities for advancement within the hotel.
