Job Requirements

  • available for full time work with any shifts
  • must have weekend availability
  • ability to perform physical tasks related to housekeeping duties
  • ability to follow safety and infection control protocols
  • strong communication skills
  • willingness to attend trainings and meetings

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a healthcare or similar environment preferred
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • strong attention to detail
  • good organizational skills
  • ability to follow instructions and infection control policies
  • reliable and dedicated work ethic

Job Duties

  • clean residents' rooms including dusting, sanitizing bathrooms, sweeping floors, cleaning mirrors, changing linens, making beds, emptying trash, general straightening, and organizing
  • straighten, pick up, and organize all common areas and therapy rooms
  • attend in-service trainings and staff meetings as requested
  • perform cleaning procedures to prepare rooms for new occupancy
  • perform cleaning and sanitizing procedures in line with infection control policies and procedures
