Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25lbs
- Ability to reach overhead and below knees, bend, twist, pull, stoop, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Position may require background and drug screening according to company policy
- Commitment to following company policies and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain cleaning standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 25lbs
- Willingness to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Clean villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
- Complete assigned rooms and tasks within scheduled shifts
- Replace guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items
- Report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
- Fill and transport housekeeping cart with necessary supplies, return cart to designated area at shift end
- Follow company policies and procedures including reporting maintenance problems, safety hazards, and accidents
- Welcome and greet guests, anticipate and address their needs, interact professionally with guests and colleagues, contribute to team goals
