MVW is currently hiring for a full-time Housekeeper position with shifts available on the 1st and 2nd shifts. This role requires availability to work weekends and holidays, reflecting the company’s dedication to providing continuous, high-quality service to its owners and guests. As a Housekeeper at MVW, you will play a vital role in ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay by maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of vacation villas. This includes cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms to meet company standards, replacing guest amenities, and reporting room status accurately. You will be responsible for managing housekeeping supplies and equipment efficiently, following all company policies and safety guidelines, and promptly reporting any maintenance or safety issues. Additionally, you will be expected to contribute to a positive guest experience by welcoming and greeting guests, addressing their needs professionally, and collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve department goals.

This role demands physical stamina, including the ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods. Successful candidates must be willing to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends, and comply with company requirements such as background and drug screenings as applicable.
