Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- capability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds independently
- adherence to safety regulations and company policies
- effective communication skills
- commitment to professional appearance and conduct

Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness and appearance of the entire hotel including guest rooms and public spaces
- respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent customer service
- stock and organize housekeeping carts and supplies
- follow safety protocols and company policies
- uphold confidentiality and quality standards
- maintain professional appearance and communication
- perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
