The role of Guest Environment Expert at The Ritz-Carlton is much more than routine housekeeping; it is a critical position that not only ensures the cleanliness and upkeep of all hotel spaces but also contributes significantly to creating a memorable and unique guest experience. Guest Environment Experts are responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, including guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. This role demands a proactive, hands-on approach where the associate can move about the hotel independently, utilizing physical strength to carry out tasks such as lifting, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds. The Guest Environment Expert is expected to be on their feet for extended periods, ready to adapt and respond to the dynamic needs of the hotel and its guests. Job Requirements

  • previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
