The current opportunity is for a Regular full-time Cleaning Technician position within St. Elizabeth Healthcare, where the scheduled working hours total 40 per week. Job Duties
- Performs daily cleaning procedures in patient and non-patient areas to provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff
- Completes detailed cleaning duties such as high dusting and cleaning of blinds on a weekly basis or upon discharge/transfer of a patient
- Cleans, sanitizes and deodorizes restrooms to meet quality expectations
- Removes trash from areas being cleaned to a central location for removal from the building
- Attends in-service programs, meetings and completes Net Learning modules as required
- Follows safety procedures to ensure safety for self and patients including proper lifting techniques
- Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide services based on principles of growth and development
- Performs other duties as assigned
