Job Duties
- Deep clean, dust, vacuum, and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchenettes, and living areas
- change bed linens, towels, and bathrobes, and process laundry (washing, folding, storing)
- replenish toiletries, kitchen supplies, and linens, ensuring carts are organized
- immediately report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management
- respond to guest requests politely, ensuring a welcoming "home-away-from-home" experience
