Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of these areas is essential to ensure a healthy and welcoming atmosphere.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team on an individual contributor basis. This role plays a critical part in the daily maintenance of the facility by performing comprehensive cleaning and upkeep tasks. The Housekeeper will be responsible for vacuuming, dusting, tidying up common areas, and ensuring that wastebaskets are emptied regularly. Keeping the restrooms and shared office spaces clean and orderly will contribute significantly to the comfort and productivity of everyone who uses the facility. The position requires a proactive attitude toward identifying areas for improvement in cleanliness and efficiency and the ability to propose and implement solutions accordingly.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with both peers and management. This role does not include supervisory responsibilities but requires competencies in technical skills, problem solving, interpersonal savvy, and action orientation. Working hours may occasionally include non-standard shifts such as holidays, weekends, or extended hours based on business needs. Wearing personal protective equipment and adhering to safety protocols are mandatory to ensure compliance with company and departmental safety standards.

While a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, it is not mandatory.
