This role is tailored for a seasoned estate-level housekeeping professional with a strong sense of pride in their work, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to implement consistent structure and routine. The Housekeeper will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing daily and deep cleaning tasks, the careful handling of delicate and valuable household items, and the seamless organization of closets and storage areas. They will play an essential and visible role in creating and preserving beauty and order throughout the home, ensuring that every space is impeccably maintained.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of the care and maintenance of high-end materials, including antiques, artwork, crystal, fine china, silver, brass, marble, fine linens, and cookware. Beyond their technical skills, they will be distinguished by their warm and kind demeanor, emotional intelligence, and impeccable professionalism. A key component of the role is discretion, as the Housekeeper will work closely with the family, providing service while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.

This is a long-term position designed for someone who thrives in a private household environment and takes joy in creating a welcoming, clean, and organized home. The successful candidate will thoughtfully manage their daily and weekly tasks to ensure minimal disruption to the family's routines and anticipate the family’s needs proactively. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility for extended hours if needed, and the family is open to adjusting start times to accommodate the candidate's preferences. The compensation is competitive, starting at $45 to $52 per hour, depending on experience, and includes an excellent benefits package.
