As a Housekeeper, you will be instrumental in creating and maintaining an inviting environment by ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are immaculate, sanitary, and sparkling. The responsibilities encompass a broad range of housekeeping tasks including cleaning bathrooms, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, stripping dirty linens, restocking supplies, and organizing housekeeping carts. You will also be expected to self-inspect rooms, report room status to supervisors, and uphold safety standards to maintain a secure environment for both guests and team members. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and a proactive approach to guest service.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally
  • Willingness to stand and move quickly for long periods of time
  • Flexibility to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
  • Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required
  • Completion of training with certification sign-off

Job Duties

  • Provide the highest quality of service to guests by anticipating and exceeding their expectations
  • Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and sparkling
  • Strip dirty linen and trash, clean bathrooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, and restock rooms
  • Clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart
  • Self-inspect rooms and submit room status reports to supervisor upon completion
  • Practice safety standards at all times and help maintain a safe property for guests and associates
  • Perform other duties as assigned
