Job Description

Dial is a dedicated senior living community that prides itself on creating a welcoming and supportive environment for its residents. As a company, Dial emphasizes a strong sense of family and community, valuing the relationships between team members and those they care for. The company fosters a culture of respect, compassion, and continuous learning, encouraging employees to develop professionally while making a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors. Dial understands that senior living requires not only exceptional service but also dedication to enhancing the quality of life for its residents. The environment is collaborative, where team members have the opportunity to engage with knowledgeable seniors and grow within their roles. This full-time position offers individuals a chance to contribute to an essential service that adds life to the years of residents while also extending their comfort and wellbeing.

This role specifically involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility, ensuring that both public and private areas uphold the highest standards of sanitation. The full-time housekeeping position at Dial is critical in creating a safe, clean, and pleasant environment where seniors can feel at home. Responsibilities range from cleaning common areas and restrooms to deep cleaning vacated apartments preparing them for new residents. The position also includes tasks such as washing windows regularly and assisting with occasional duties like meal service support and trash disposal.

Working at Dial means becoming part of a team that values prompt and efficient service, attention to detail, and the ability to respond to both resident and staff requests. The role demands a proactive approach to identifying and reporting maintenance needs or resident concerns to supervisors. Moreover, confidentiality and respect for residents' privacy are paramount, as staff handle sensitive information related to community operations and individual care.

Candidates are expected to bring experience in cleaning that may come from working in similar environments like long-term care facilities, hotels, or occupied apartments. The role is physically active, requiring the ability to lift arms above the head for cleaning tasks and a commitment to teamwork within the service team. Being 18 years or older and a high school graduate or equivalent is mandatory for this position.

Dial offers an opportunity to be part of a community where every day brings the chance to make a positive difference. The full-time employment status promises consistent scheduling and the possibility to contribute meaningfully to the wellbeing of older adults. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have a passion for helping others, especially seniors, and who are ready to be part of a supportive and caring workplace.
