The Housekeeper role is a vital position within our hotel operations. As a Housekeeper, you will be entrusted with ensuring the pristine condition of guest rooms and public spaces. Your responsibilities extend beyond basic cleaning; you will contribute significantly to the overall guest experience by enhancing the ambiance and upholding our brand standards. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Executive Housekeeper and Housekeeping Supervisor, playing an essential role in fostering the cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of the property. The Housekeeper’s duties include cleaning guest rooms—such as making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming—as well as maintaining public areas' cleanliness, managing supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and assisting with laundry services. Respecting guests’ privacy and adhering to security protocols are also critical aspects of the role.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
- Ability to lift carry push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Willingness to adapt to a variety of tasks including other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and products
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift carry push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
- Ability to respect guests privacy and maintain security protocols
Job Duties
- Clean and prepare guest rooms including making beds changing linens cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms dusting and vacuuming
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies hallways and common spaces
- Manage cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed
- Report maintenance or repair issues in guest rooms or public areas to the appropriate department
- Follow procedures for handling and reporting lost and found items
- Assist with laundry duties including washing drying and folding linens and towels
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests for additional amenities or services
