We are currently seeking motivated and dedicated Housekeeping team members to join our newly built housekeeping department. This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive starting wage of $15.00 per hour along with a $250 sign-on bonus payable within the first two weeks upon meeting room cleaning and attendance requirements. The role of the housekeeper at SpringHill Suites is vital to the overall guest experience, as hygienic, orderly, and welcoming accommodations significantly influence guest satisfaction scores. Housekeepers will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and neat appearance of at least 16 rooms per day, adhering to stringent cleanliness standards and hotel operational guidelines. Duties include cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms, replenishing supplies, dusting, vacuuming, and ensuring each room is guest-ready. Additionally, team members will respond promptly to guest requests, assist with special items such as irons or ironing boards loaned to guests, monitor sanitation and security within their assigned work areas, and ensure privacy at all times. This position requires physical stamina and attention to detail as well as professionalism and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Weekend availability is essential to support hotel operations seven days a week.
