Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
- Residency within service area required
- Ability to lift carry maximum 50 pounds
- Ability to push pull maximum 50 pounds
- Ability to stand sit bend and walk for extended periods
- Ability to perform routine repetitive tasks continuously
- Ability to work around cleaning products
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Maintain a positive attitude and effective communication with building occupants administration and HCSG leadership
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
- Able to lift carry maximum 50 pounds push pull maximum 50 pounds stand sit bend and walk for extended periods
- Able to perform routine repetitive tasks continuously
- Able to work around cleaning products
- Able to follow oral and written instructions
- Residency within service area required
Job Duties
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks including cleaning resident rooms bathrooms common areas and offices
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor
- Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment
- Interact positively with residents staff and guests providing excellent customer service
- All other duties as assigned
