As a Housekeeper at HCSG, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in a long-term care facility. This position is critical to ensuring that residents live in a hygienic and comfortable setting, which is essential for their health and well-being. Starting at a pay rate of $21.00 per hour, this role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about cleanliness, customer service, and making a difference in healthcare settings. Your responsibilities will include daily cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices following rigorous sanitation protocols and safety guidelines. Attention to detail and adherence to infection control policies, including universal precautions, are paramount to protect residents, staff, and visitors.

Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is mandatory to ensure a safe workplace. Residency within the service area is also required to facilitate timely attendance and commitment to the role.

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required
- maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants administration and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks
- compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
- must be able to lift carry a maximum of 50 pounds push pull a maximum of 50 pounds stand sit bend and walk for extended periods
- must be able to perform routine repetitive tasks continuously

Job Duties
- perform daily housekeeping tasks including cleaning resident rooms bathrooms common areas and offices
- ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines
- maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor
- follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment
- interact positively with residents staff and guests providing excellent customer service
- all other duties as assigned
