We are currently hiring Housekeepers to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel guest rooms, ensuring every guest enjoys a spotless and comfortable environment during their stay. Housekeepers at Concord Hospitality are responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms promptly and efficiently, adhering strictly to established procedures and hotel standards to uphold our reputation for excellence. The role requires keeping linen carts well-stocked, organized, and orderly, demonstrating strong attention to detail and a commitment to high sanitation standards.

Housekeepers also play a critical role in reporting maintenance issues, such as problems with fixtures, door locks, televisions, or heating and air conditioning systems to ensure timely resolution and guest satisfaction. Security and accountability are paramount; associates must maintain the security of equipment, keys, and cleaning supplies. In addition to the technical duties, housekeepers are expected to interact positively with guests by responding to requests in a friendly and timely manner, enhancing the overall guest experience.

This position demands physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and the ability to lift and carry various supplies or equipment as needed. Flexibility in scheduling, including availability to work weekends and holidays, is required. Job Duties

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards
  • keep an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked, and orderly
  • report any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems
  • maintain security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued to you
  • report lost and found articles to your supervisor
  • respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
