Job Description

CNS is a specialized healthcare organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals affected by traumatic brain injuries. We understand that life can change in an instant due to such injuries, and we are committed to providing comprehensive support that helps our patients regain their independence and quality of life. Our mission revolves around easing human suffering and offering a path to recovery through personalized care and collaborative efforts. At CNS, we pride ourselves on fostering a community of "PATHfinders"—dedicated professionals who relentlessly seek every possible route to help patients achieve their maximum potential. Our workplace thrives on selflessness, innovation, and teamwork, balancing serious commitment with an environment that promotes professional development and fun.

As a Housekeeper at CNS, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of both clinical and residential areas. Your work supports the healing environment necessary for our patients’ recovery. This full-time position primarily involves weekday shifts where you will be responsible for cleaning duties at various CNS locations, including homes and apartment complexes that may have multiple stories. Your responsibilities will be diverse, covering everything from sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, to dusting, washing walls and ceilings, scouring fixtures, and managing waste disposal. This position involves moving furniture and supplies to ensure a thorough cleaning process, contributing significantly to the overall wellbeing of the facility and its patients.

Working at CNS offers not only a meaningful career opportunity but also a chance to work in a supportive and empowering environment. We provide comprehensive benefits to our team members, including paid time off, extended sick leave, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as retirement plans and educational assistance. Our employees also have access to exclusive discounts and financial services to support their overall quality of life. Join us and be part of a mission-driven organization where your work truly makes a difference in the community and helps restore hope and independence to those recovering from brain injuries.
