The role of Housekeeper at the Downtown Nashville Resort is vital to maintaining the high standards guests expect from Hilton Grand Vacations. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for preparing all assigned rooms to welcome guests, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and a warm environment. The position involves daily cleaning duties on an assigned slate of rooms, greeting guests courteously, and responding promptly to their requests. This role demands attention to detail, efficiency, and a friendly demeanor to help guests feel valued and comfortable throughout their stay. Housekeepers also play a supportive role in inventory management by assisting with linen and supply tracking. They maintain the cleanliness and condition of housekeeping carts and equipment to ensure operational efficiency. The schedule is primarily from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with flexibility as required by business needs, typically offering between 30 and 40 hours per week. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Must have open and flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to bend, stoop, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work full 8-hour shifts walking or standing with or without reasonable accommodation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable and honest work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred
- Open and flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Able to bend, stoop, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Prepare all assigned units for guest arrival
- Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly manner
- Report any maintenance problems
- Maintain cleanliness of carts and ensure supplies and equipment are in a neat and orderly appearance
- Assist management in maintaining inventory of linen and supplies
- Perform daily cleaning duties on assigned rooms
- Other duties as assigned by Housekeeping Management
